Age - 28

Weight - 300

- I would like to get as strong as possible in the gym and think ULTIMA would help me keep my energy up while I workout. I did a log maybe 2-3 years ago on some stimulant supp I can't remember the name of here on BN.

I lift 3 times a week on M/W/F and do cardio for 40-45 minutes a day on Tu/Th/Sa. I do nothing on Sundays.

Only other supps I am taking right now are whey and creatine.

i've been checking this out over at bb.com...looks like a really good all-around product. have the flavor issues been worked out?

Age 31 and US resident

I recall this being an update to Thunder but it seems to have far exceeded it.

It looks to be a well formulated product but I am a bit concerned with the doses. Even though they are water soluble I wonder if the high amounts aren't fully utilized and just pissed away. I was actually considering this for my MMA training as it appears to have significant performance enhancement. As I've previously mentioned I liked the old Thunder and Lightning combo so I'd like to see how this compares.

Weight: 190

Training:
Mon/Thurs: Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's
Tues/Fri: Legs
Wed/Sat: Back and Bi's
I only rest 30 secs per set(this is rough)

Cardio: 20 min. Sprint 1 min walk 1 min then repeat

Protein: 250-300
Carbs: 50-150. Varies from day to day.
Fat: low

I bet this would help me extremely since i hardly rest between sets

why not throw an app in

Age: 20

Previous Logs:
Did an unsponsored AN Neovar Recomped log last summer
http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?showtopic...st=40&hl=neovar
Went abroad in the fall and haven't run any other logs

Lifting Experience: 7 years, mostly sports training (football in high school, now rugby)
Diet: I don't count calories but right around maintenance everyday. The diet is usually pretty clean. High protein, high carb, low fat.
Current Supps: Finishing Mass FX this week, Lean Xtreme (3 weeks left), Dialene 4x (when I need it), Scivation whey, fish oil, vitamin C, liquid multi, just picked up some crappy creatine product from Walmart (seems kinda like a CellTech but only $14, won't start it if I get chosen)
Routine: Running a modified DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bastards 3x a week, fitness workouts for rugby 2x a week (intense cardio), regular rugby practice 2x a week (moderate cardio), games 1x a week (intense cardio)
*i'm considering getting away from the defranco routine and going to a full body routine that is more suitable for 3x a week workouts
Current goals: Kind of a gradual recomp...looking to drop a little bit of body fat but maintain (hopefully slightly increase) strength. Want to stay in shape during the rugby season. I'm going to start bulking at the end of march and get a cut going during may.

Why I'm interested: I've been following all of the hype over on bb.com and it seems like a pretty innovative product. First, I like that there are no prop blends. The Trinitine write-up looked pretty good, and i've mostly used creatine mono products. My favorite part of the profile is the Carnosine blend (i forget exactly what it's called). I'm a huge beta alanine and have never tried other forms of carnosine supplementation.

I'll run a detailed log w/ detailed workout info and general diet info. I can take before and after pics, although I'm more interested in the performance benefits of the product.

I'll be up front and admit I drink on occasion, once a week usually. I will also be away March 12-15. I am still in season and rugby injuries have affected my training before (although this year, knock on wood, i've only suffered a sore shoulder/collarbone that has hindered upper body workouts a bit but hasn't stopped training).

I have enough faith to be an atheist.

Hey Omega...I'll run a log for ULTIMA.

U.S. Resident
Age: 28
Height: 6' 7''
Weight: 248 lbs
BF: 15-17%

Weights: 3-4x per week
Cardio: Competitive full court basketball 3-4x per week

Like anybody else, I'd like to increase the poundage on my lifts, look more like Mariusz Pudjianowski, etc. However, I also play in 3 basketball leagues, so I'd like to improve my cardio vascular conditioning, stamina, endurance etc too.

I've had the following logs on BN:

Leviathan/Incarnate (Palo Alto Labs)
http://forums.1fast400.com/?showtopic=39804
IntraXCell (Athletic Edge Nutrition)
