Neovar Recomped log last summer
http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?showtopic...st=40&hl=neovarWent abroad in the fall and haven't run any other logs
Lifting Experience: 7 years, mostly sports training (football in high school, now rugby)
Diet: I don't count calories but right around maintenance everyday. The diet is usually pretty clean. High
protein, high carb, low fat.
Current Supps: Finishing Mass FX this week, Lean Xtreme (3 weeks left),
Dialene 4x (when I need it),
Scivation whey,
fish oil,
vitamin C,
liquid multi, just picked up some crappy
creatine product from Walmart (seems kinda like a CellTech but only $14, won't start it if I get chosen)
Routine: Running a modified DeFranco's Westside for Skinny Bastards 3x a week, fitness workouts for rugby 2x a week (intense cardio), regular rugby practice 2x a week (moderate cardio), games 1x a week (intense cardio)
*i'm considering getting away from the defranco routine and going to a full body routine that is more suitable for 3x a week workouts
Current goals: Kind of a gradual recomp...looking to drop a little bit of body fat but maintain (hopefully slightly increase) strength. Want to stay in shape during the rugby season. I'm going to start bulking at the end of march and get a cut going during may.
Why I'm interested: I've been following all of the hype over on bb.com and it seems like a pretty innovative product. First, I like that there are no prop blends. The Trinitine write-up looked pretty good, and i've mostly used
creatine mono products. My favorite part of the profile is the
Carnosine blend (i forget exactly what it's called). I'm a huge
beta alanine and have never tried other forms of
carnosine supplementation.
I'll run a detailed log w/ detailed workout info and general diet info. I can take before and after pics, although I'm more interested in the performance benefits of the product.
I'll be up front and admit I drink on occasion, once a week usually. I will also be away March 12-15. I am still in season and rugby injuries have affected my training before (although this year, knock on wood, i've only suffered a sore shoulder/collarbone that has hindered upper body workouts a bit but hasn't stopped training).
I have enough faith to be an atheist.
