hi all,
Can someone recommend an appetite suppressant that doesn't give you the jitters, or keep you up?

I really like Venom, but I can only take 1 pill at a time, and only before 2pm. If I take it later than that, I end up staying up too late.

However, I have a very hard time limiting my food intake after 5pm.

Can someone reocmmend an appetite suppressant that I can take in the late afternoon/evening, that won't interfere with sleeping?

All I want to do, is stop the munchies!

Thanks!

Ephedrine+Caffeine(coffee!)+aspirin. Also known as the ECA stack.

Best appetite suppressant there is! Although that's about all its good for.

Yeah i know you said something without the jitters, but just give it a chance! If you take it long enough, everyday(5:00PM at the latest), it won't be long before the body adjusts and no more jitters afterwards.

Coffee is actually the most important part of this, nothing kills my appetite during/after a meal faster. Be sure to only drink it straight with NOTHING added to it, because the foul, horrid taste contributes to this effect.

I've done an ECA stack before. No problems, but I really want something that I can take after 5. So, that I don't pig out on an evening meal, and don't snack in te evening when I am working that desk job.

Hoodia:
Does Hoodia really work? Never tried it. If so, anything in particular to watch out for?

Thanks!

Hoodia apparently sucks. Don't ream me for that claim - research the feedback on it.

What worked for me was geranamine (sold here). Problem is, you might be a non-responder or its down-regulation is gonna screw you if you take it a lot. 2 days on, 2 days off will prevent that.

Melanotan 2 - a subcutaneous injectable, reduces your appetite like crazy and gets you tan, heads up.

Increase your stimulants if you're not sensitive to them like I am.

I have a peptide/RC store now. Lets just just say the prices on the peptides are more elite than the other guys.

I'm absolutely new to this nootropics & appetite suppressants. I've got choline, piracetam, idebenone and hoodia. Is this combination a bad idea? And can someone give me some kind of guideline/recipe that I can start off with? I feel like I've got all this stuff and no idea how it all comes together?! Thanks!

How about just plain old forcing yourself to starve? Is that bad? Or do you actually need some form of supplement to trick your mind/stomach into thinking it's full or can hold on a little later?

I've read up on hoodia, never tried it, but leaves me skeptical whenever an origin story somewhere in the Sahara or a group of pigmes with a healthy miracle fruit or blah blah blah, is behind it.

And if I'm not mistaken, doesn't caffeine speed up ones metabolism? And I'm no dietitian PhD. World Renowned doctor or anything, but wouldn't that lead to an empty stomach and thus an increased need for satiety?

Oh, and to stop eating so early as 5 pm, how the HELL does one go about doing that?! I'm trying (starting) it at 7:30pm, and it's excruciatingly difficult.

Yeah, it mostly comes down to determination. You can take in extra water, fibrous veggies, caffine, hoodia, glucommanan, etc., but not much will stave off eating except for, well, just not eating. Some things help, but nothing is as powerful as will power.

No, there isn't a contraindication there.

Take choline and piracetam together - idebenone throughout the day even without chol and pir.

Hoodia? See how you respond, and if well, then take it before meals.

LoL word. A must have. When my chick starts eating ice cream or cake in front of me, i pinch a knot and im good.

5-htp can reduce carb cravings.

hoodia blows. Waste.

1,3-dimeth reduces my appetite. i wouldnt say kills it but it curbs it. Not a jittery compound at all. I dont use it for that purpose though.

ECA only works for a week or so. I could be ECA'd out and still eat like a beast. I think the slight increase in metabolism makes me want to eat more actually.

Best bet is just willpower. There is no holy grail.

Starvation is retarded. You'll raise cortisol. and when you finally start eating again, your body will want to store extra cals. Survival mode style.

Try padlocking your fridge if all else fails.
