I bought this a while back but never got to using it. Rugby season is about to start and i'm wondering if any of the active ingredients will do anything to joints, stamina... Basically anything that would prevent me from going all out for 60 mins.

I have no clue what half the active ingredients are, but milk thistle being one was the first thing that made me skeptical.

milk thistle is to help clean out and protect your liver for healthier functions, that is a good thing and wont have any effect on joints whatsoever

that's not at all what he said, he was skeptical because it contained milk this, leading him to believe it did something to cause it to need it.

Ya accent thats what i was saying. Most things that need liver support arnt good for you at all and normally are hard on joints... etc. I think i might just scratch this stuff and call it a loss. Not sure exactly what i was thinking about when i first picked it up.

Does anyone know anything about this stuff?

As far as i know nothing in there requires liver support... probably just put in to make it look more hardcore... took the older Mstak and did make some nice gains but not sure if it was the stak or me, LOL! good preworkout kick... from what i have read people like the new Mstak

everything in it is underdosed besides the caffeine. But to answer your question it's not gonna hurt your joints
