I am starting to get into the
BCAA craze just because I've tried many
other supplements and little of them do nothing. I have been taking
BCAA's before my workout and throughout the day and I find that I am a lot less tired and lethargic during the days I sip them constantly. What I do is i mix crystal light into a shaker and put
BCAA's in. My Question is I know it says 1/4 tsp = 360mg so that means theres about 1.25 grams per tsp and 4 grams per heaping tablespoon. Is this around the correct serving
size?
Also i am 6"4 225 what is the dosage pre, during and post workout for me if im looking to recomp/cut. Also should i sip them during the day inbetween meals? I am around 13% bf with visible abs and I want to get to 10%.
