He IS right though, Im tired of people doing workouts they see in MnF, or Cutlers workout, or gettin excited after watchin ronnies dvd then goin out n doin the same thing. I do what works for me, or what I feel. I do my own workouts, not someone elses.

I do splits if I hit the gym 5 times a week.

It works for me!!! I saw bigger gains doing splits than FB.

I think when you get older you need more recovery time so splits would make that happen.

Just my experience.

I like splits better, always have. fb to me, is a maintenance workout...

Yeah. And the risk of injury is higher I think. At least for me. Fucked up my shoulders since I was benching and doing shoulders all the time.

I train female clients or those or just want to get in shape with full bodies....But for those who wanna get big I do splits. its much more effective.
