Hey sall good. I could give two shits how much I can bench..Im not in highschool anymore, and I dont train for strength, my chest is plenty
big naturally to where I dont even have to do it, and still will maintain a decent
size. And I just started doin chest again cause my shoulder is feelin better...Was able to press 3 plates on the incline plate
loaded machine for 8 easy reps, so I cant complain.
Like I say, those who talk shit are only insecure..so power to you macho
