After looking around the forum I noticed my lifting technique/schedule may not be up to par...usually when I do chest, bis, tris, back, shoulders, legs etc. I go in 3x10. Is this necessarily bad if trying to bulk up?

Can anyone point me in the right direction or thread if I am trying to add some serious muscle/strength, and a routine to beef it up? Sorry I feel like a noob...but I had to ask.

P.S.-I noticed in one thread a person would go like Bench 225 3x15 then 285 2x8...whats the advantage of switching up the reps and sets like that?

Here is the thread made by ROIDS I was referring to, sorry for stealing your thunder roids ; )

haha, yeah I noticed the strategy and it prob works really well, I will def. have to try it from now on. I did the standard 3-5 sets with 10 reps with adding some weight to each set. Thanks for the info man, ill let you know how it goes.
