I just wanted to give a little bit of a review on this after I just recently became shocked by this product. I have been taking multi-vitamins for years: centrum, GNC sport, and ONs Opti-men. I have really gotten non-noticeable results from all of them other than yellow urine and figured all multi vitamins are created equal. Since I had the extra money, I decided to go with the highly touted ADAM from NOW foods and started taking it this week. During the span of this week, I have noticed that I wake up with more energy in the morning and am less groggy. Also, I feel as if Im in a better mood and self well-being is at a high. Anyone have similar feelings from this product?

I'm taking the same multi and feel no difference from GNC Mega Mens. All vitamins are basically the same, except different ones have different amounts of vitamins in them and maybe a few extra ingredients. Riboflavin will always be riboflavin, know what I mean?

They probably aren't. I'm sure NOW's has much more ingredients and at higher doses.

Yeah, I always loved NOW products. I love their fish oil.

im looking to take some of there liver regen.....if anyone has used that please let me know i hear so far its good stuff and makes you pee great colors but really though i hope the stuff works
