I am 6'3'' male, 200lbs., approx. 16%BF looking into topicals and trying to decipher it all. What would work best, my problem areas seem to be lower abs and chest. Solid muscle underneath, just can't lose the top. Also my wife is interested in these as well, but have heard suggestions of different topicals for men and women.

Thanks smile.gif

Honestly...run a search through the forum for Ab-Solved and LipoDerm. There's a bunch o' threads on here that will answer your questions. Try this one for starters:

For a quick Par Deus-style answer, if you're over 15% BF (which you are) and a male, Ab-Solved is great especially for your abdominal region. Some great results have been shown when used on chest fat too, though.

For under 15% BF and a male, Lipoderm Ultra is probably your best bet. This is also good for chest fat above 15%.

For non-obese ladies (I'm not sure what the BF% cutoff is, but I'm sure you know if your wife is obese or not smile.gif ), regular Lipoderm-Y seems to be the best bet. She could probably benefit from Lipoderm Ultra as well.
