Well all i read about is how the m-drol creates some really harsh sides, but what kinds of during and post cycle supps should i stalk up on besides a 6-oxo and milk thistle |
For support supps I would run Cycle Support pre-load it 10-14 days and run it throughout the cycle. I would also have Taurine on hand in case of pumps. The Cycle Support contains all the milk this you need plus the other support supps needed. pct have Nolva and Post Cycle Support and you may want to run some 6 oxo in the 4th week of pct and taper the dose down. Eating right and enough is the foundation. Assuming that's in order, a lot of guys like the RPM/ Drive stack or AP/ Powerfull. Both will assist with making and keeping gains between cycles, but you don't want to become TOO reliant on stacks, whether hormonal or not. Food, protein powder, creatine, healthy fats (fish and flax oils) go a long way toward making solid gains that last.

 i agree with will 100%. some supps make u feel like working out i guess, but none of them are worth a shit besides PH/AAS and shit like that. i worked at GNC for over a year, and i just recently moved and had a giant box full of supps from there we got for free. tons of different creatines, multi vitamins, N. O. products, ect ect ect. i'd say 3-4 hundred dollars with of shit. i looked at it, then looked at my gear vials, and threw it all away without hesitation. i would have sold the whole box to some noob on here for a dollar but i'm not into ripping people off

Haha I know exactly what you mean. I used to work there too, and they always tried to push me to sell shit that i would never myself take. It was ridiculous what a scam GNC pulls off.
Is it advisable to get any PHs while they are still around. Ive been reading a ton about how they are trying to get rid of all of them soon, so would it be wise to get my stock up now before they are completely off the market and prices shoot through the roof?

 I've tried that AP and Powerfull shit cause I got the AP for free and the Powerfull was like $20. I figured what the hell. Did absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money on these bullshit supplements. Stick to the basics like protein powder, creatine (cause it's cheap) and maybe a multivitamin and some fish oils. Throw in some caffeine pills instead of those overpriced preworkout drinks and call it a day.

 ya. i use fish oil. but no more creatine and multis for me. creatine is so weak, and i'm geared anyway. you'll see when u do ur cycle. well shit u know from phs anyway. and i really dont think MVs do anything. i eat so fuckin much i'm fine. and absorbtion is a big issue with that shit anyway

 Word. I guess multis are good for peace of mind. Just in case you don't get enough of whatever then the multis will make sure of that. If you're geared then yeah I don't think getting jacked will hinge on creatine.
