Im ready to start a new cycle of phs and have not been in the market since legal gears methyl masterdrol and halodrol had been taken off the market. There are so many new products and ways to stack that Im needing some advice on finding the products that fit the results I want, and also dosage. Im looking to load on some good size while keeping lean and have a very controlled diet to make it happen along with being a workout freak. Any suggestions for cycling a couple different products. I've heard different things about epistane, CEL's products, omnevol, and other similar products. I'd love to hear feedback from what other people have taken to attain a freak muscular build thats still on the market or recently banned.

the norm is to start off with mild shit. (epistane, Hdrol, Pussdrol, QueefPlex, etc)

I took the original halodrol 2 years ago and methyl masterdrol a year ago. Last cycle I took was a couple months ago which was spawn with a 6-oxo pct.

Im 5'10", 170 lbs, 21 yo

Im a real hardgainer and have trouble keeping muscle and gains, actually was a country runner for 5 years. Looking to gain solid muscle and keep it.

Next time I would stack them, If I were you. Doesnt make sense not too because h-drol alone is not anabolic enough.

Well this was the original halodrol which was definitely strong enough at the time, but it is no longer available and im trying to figure out what i can replace in my stack to get similar results.

You may want to look into m-drol but you will need alot more than 6 oxo for a pct. You will need a SERM and Post Cycle Support but if you eat right and train hard this will produce big results smile.gif

For support supps I would run Cycle Support pre-load it 10-14 days and run it throughout the cycle. I would also have Taurine on hand in case of pumps. The Cycle Support contains all the milk this you need plus the other support supps needed. pct have Nolva and Post Cycle Support and you may want to run some 6 oxo in the 4th week of pct and taper the dose down. If you just did a cycle of Spawn a couple of months ago, it's a little early to be jumping back in. Usually, you'll want to do a month of PCT and then take a period of time off that's twice as long as the cycle was. This lets your body get used to having a normal hormonal balance for a while.

If I'm not mistaken, Spawn is a stack of two methyls. That just underscores the need for a nice break before you do another cycle. For being as young and light (bodyweight) as you are, that's a lot of cycles. To have already done 3 methyls cycles and looking to start your fourth very soon maybe isn't the best route to go at the moment.

Great advice...Thanks ...I guess this gives me more time to search for a good cycle that ill be happy for a while with. Kinda going off-topic now, but might as well ask while people care to answer....Where can i find good info on natural supp stacks while on my off-cycle? Suggestions/Ideas?

Eating right and enough is the foundation. Assuming that's in order, a lot of guys like the RPM/Drive stack or AP/Powerfull. Both will assist with making and keeping gains between cycles, but you don't want to become TOO reliant on stacks, whether hormonal or not.

Food, protein powder, creatine, healthy fats (fish and flax oils) go a long way toward making solid gains that last.

i agree with will 100%.

some supps make u feel like working out i guess, but none of them are worth a shit besides PH/AAS and shit like that.

i worked at GNC for over a year, and i just recently moved and had a giant box full of supps from there we got for free. tons of different creatines, multi vitamins, N. O. products, ect ect ect. i'd say 3-4 hundred dollars with of shit. i looked at it, then looked at my gear vials, and threw it all away without hesitation.

i would have sold the whole box to some noob on here for a dollar but i'm not into ripping people off

Haha I know exactly what you mean. I used to work there too, and they always tried to push me to sell shit that i would never myself take. It was ridiculous what a scam GNC pulls off.

Is it advisable to get any PHs while they are still around. Ive been reading a ton about how they are trying to get rid of all of them soon, so would it be wise to get my stock up now before they are completely off the market and prices shoot through the roof?

I've tried that AP and Powerfull shit cause I got the AP for free and the Powerfull was like $20. I figured what the hell.

Did absolutely nothing.

Don't waste your money on these bullshit supplements.

Stick to the basics like protein powder, creatine (cause it's cheap) and maybe a multivitamin and some fish oils.

Throw in some caffeine pills instead of those overpriced preworkout drinks and call it a day.

but no more creatine and multis for me. creatine is so weak, and i'm geared anyway. you'll see when u do ur cycle. well shit u know from phs anyway.

and i really dont think MVs do anything. i eat so fuckin much i'm fine. and absorbtion is a big issue with that shit anyway

I guess multis are good for peace of mind. Just in case you don't get enough of whatever then the multis will make sure of that.

If you're geared then yeah I don't think getting jacked will hinge on creatine.
