im guna run this feel gud stack to enjoy during the summer. im looking for suggestions to add in or comments\criticism

so far im stacking Phenibut \ 5-htp \ horny goat weed \ fenugreek

just got the phenibut last night & damn thats not bad for the price.

i took 1/4 teaspoon of Pheni before slamming down 12 beers & it feel gud almost like a week E

i did a bump (jus a little smudge - dun recommend this) i guess jus becuz i was drunk & sumone wanted me to do a bump w/them for fun to see if it will do anything more & also becuz the recommended dosage is only 1/8 of 1/4 of a teaspoon so better mileage for the $ why not....

OUCH! that hurt. it wasnt like bumping other substances & the feelin felt different im not sure if it was better then orally... i was already licked and cudnt make a fair evaluation but i do kinda like the idea of using 1/8 of the recommended dosage but damn that really burned

anyways...

im not one to get a hangover anyway but 2day i woke up feeling GREAT!!! I honestly felt like was ready to party hehe

so i did another 1/4 teaspoon of phenibut this morning and started on the horny goat weed. im guna wait till i go to sleep tonight to get started w/the 5-htp does anyone else have more suggestions to throw into the stack?

so far im @wrk and feeling gud, any suggestions, comments, wud be appreciated.

guna add Dymatize micronized creatine to the stack.

for sum reason this stuff makes me feel really gud when i cycle it & givs me that extra boost w/the weights & recovery

i guna use this stack maybe during and definitely after PH\AAS cycles to keep mood and sense of well being up. w/that being said maybe a cortisol blocker might be gud to add in as well to the stack

Alot of those products are also of interest to me. I would love to know of some of the results you get.

I am a new user here, and couldn't post a new topic yet. What I am wondering is if you folks can help me out. I am 36, decent shape, but am always tired from work (and just losing my pops to cancer hasn't helped).

What I am looking for are some products that will help boost my T levels, boost my libido, and give me some nice rest at night. Years ago I used ZMass PM and had some awesome sleep, but I was of course younger then.

Anyway, now that I am back in the gym, I am making the transformation in to a new person. Hopefully you all can help me along the way.

Rhodiola rosea is a good mood booster. You might also look into sam-E and ashwaghanda.

Phenibut

w/ me i find it to be a really nice relaxant & my mood is noticeable better it makes me feel gud. the only thing to watch for is that people have been reporting a quick tolerance build up with Phenibut.

sum people say2 do it maybe 2 days out of the week for best results (there r alot of other cycle methods). Im keepin my dosage low so that i dun need alot when i do it & build a tolerance. If u plan on using this stuff try & find out wats best for u thats what im trying to do & becarefull not to make it a daily habitual habit becuz coming off from it really sucks from i read.

this stuff is also gud for sleepin, when i sleep in the car on the way to work and back im refreshed & feelin gud.

5-HTP

Ive read that its really good for sleep and nice vivid dreams like when u where a kid.

Also in theory it shud be gud to make anyone happy. right now i dun hav any personal experience to back it up becuz honestly i havnt tried it yet.

wat it does is raise ur serotonin levels in ur brain to elevate ur mood & sense of well being.

basically when u feel happy the brains releases serotonin giving u that gud feelin.

from my understanding 5-HTP helps bring up ur natural serotonin levels in ur brains.

I'm guessing it wud work wonders for those suffering from low levels of serotonin levels in the brain.



Horny Goat Weed

I like this stuff. as funny as the name is, it really brings up the libido. i feel horny when im on this stuff.

i was surprise when i took a dose that it gav me wood harder then Viagra or Cialis (doin a v/c/hgw combo sounds like fun). like spontainous hard ons like when u 15-16.

when talkin to women out of no where i really get that urge to jus stuff myself in her for a gud release. u can really feel the attraction 2wards women & it really opens up ur eyes towards there feminine bodies. u jus get that hungry feeling.

when havin sex I enjoy it alot. I jus clober the shit out her & pound that shit all over the place. I *FUCK* her brains out like crazy till she out her mind & she luvs it!

i luv this stuff also. u gota cycle this stuff 4 weeks on 2 weeks off (repeat). It does a gud job in in maxin out ur natty testosterone.

Its awesum jus show that shit off blast maple syrup everywhere.

ZMA

not listed but its really gud for sleeping.

people hav reported that they dun wake up in the middle of the night and get a gud solid sleep.

if i hav to go2 work the next day and im up the night before . i use this stuff to giv me a gud nights sleep like if i sleep for 2-3 hours i feel like i had 4.5 - 5 hrs if sleep.
when i get a full nights sleep while supplementing ZMA its great! which is very benificial for recover during sleep.

this stuff also increases loads & nice bonus

Where is it said Fenugreek boosts test?

The only thing I've ever seen on Fenugreek is increasing mother's breast milk production. I really don't think you want that.

Testofen is good stuff. It's inexpensive and effective. It's not a mood booster, but does naturally increase test levels. That, in a roundabout way, puts you in a good mood, though.

i'v heard of some wicked sides when coming off phen.... tolerance builds quickly, and many report withdrawl symptoms after only a few weeks of use
