I went by Vitamin Shoppe and picked up some Muscle Milk. New flavor "Cinnabun" and new Formula. Basically more cabs and 5g of fiber, less fat, and calories. Overall the taste isnt bad.

since they switched from the cardboard box in the rtd's to the platic bottles..they decided to drop like 3-4gs of protein for some reason
