energy and lean muscle mass,
Xfactor for pumps, strength gain,
protein synthesis, lean mass and workout soreness...this is my first
arachidonic acid supp btw...and then
creatine, centrum, and whey for obvious reasons, and
BCAA's for surplus amino's
