while you're entitled to your opinion, the video you posted he's doing exactly what you're complaining about. arched back, belly up, on his toes for leg drive, and it's borderline touch and go.

at this last meet i went to, this guys ROM was like 8 inches, but he lifted raw. he just had a huge chest and short arms, it was how he was built. he got up to like 5 or 6 something, i forgot i just remember a shitload of reds.
