Any numbers to go along with that?

Yeah, I third that! If you take Big Gulps or swallow alot and try to drink it fast and finish it, then it will. But I find when I take little sips every 1-2 minutes it actually helps out alot. LOVE THE STUFF though!

Do you drink it all day?

Perhaps the increased water intake is causing the bloat.

WillyP, was it you who would put Xtend in a gallon water jug and drink it throughout the day and whenever you would wake up to take a piss? Or was that Btrice or someone else?

I thought excess water actually acted like a diuretic. huh.gif

I used to keep Xtend and whey (about 1 scoop) mixed in a bottle in the bathroom to drink when I got up to piss in the middle of the night.

Since I don't get up to piss anymore I don't do that.

I do drink Xtend all day long here at work. I drink between 3-4L of water here in the office so I add a few scoops to my jug. I love this lemonade flavor.

I thought the same thing..

I read on somewhere else people having bloating issues from the sweetner in xtend...i dunno....If I dilute it alot im fine, not enough water and I get bloated

Sure it is theoretically but it's not like you automatically piss everything out and then some after drinking lots of water.
