I wouldn't do a PH cycle unless you've been serious about lifting and dieting for a while. I personally got my best gains not on PHs but when I finally got my diet in check, whether it be a lean bulk or a cut. If you're already on top of your game with your diet and training then doing a PH cycle will def
speed things up a bit, but don't expect miracles, there's only so much that can be accomplished in a month. If you're looking to take it very easy on your
liver I wouldn't stack methyls, however now a days most stuff out there is a methyl stack of some sort. Personally when I was on the Phs I got pretty good gains without stacking ten different compounds. My favorite is
Superdrol and its clones (
Mdrol). But since it is your first time you could probably do
Havoc and get very good results from it. ArnoldClone has a
Havoc log floating around in the forum. First time user I would go that route. Also please have Nolva (tamoxifen
citrate) on hand in case you get gyno
on cycle (it happens) and enough on hand for Pct as well. OTC anti estrogens aren't going to cut it. I was on an
Sdrol cycle and had inhibit E on hand for
on cycle and was planning on doing research chem tamoxifen for PCT. I started getting gyno after the first week (itchy nipples that hurt) and the inhibit E didn't do Sh%^ to help. So do yourself a favor and have the right support supps ready. You also need to take Milk Thisle while you're on, and before your on to protect your
liver.
