Alright iv'e read the dosing info, checked the reviews its good shit. Whats my mood gonna be like compared to a 1 ad/4ad cycle? Is it that close is it similar? I know its anti estrogen/pro i live with my girl is libido gona be any issue? Im trying to gain 15 pounds more onto my 5'6' 185 pound frame to hit the 200 without using steroids preferably, came a long way hitting that genetic peak, can this product along with pct, sleep, diet creatine, water, multi blah blah u klnow what i guys mean do it? Any users opinions would be "da bomb!" Live near the beach wanna roll around at a lean 200 lbs thsi summer u know.

It really is a great PH...low sides and totally lean gains. Mood will be good if not great. 15 lbs may be overly optimistic but anything's possible, normally gains are in the 6-10 lb range. Libido, strength, muscle size, sense of "well being" will all increase. I'd recommend Havoc or Epithin E though, as the original Epistane has too much controversy surrounding it. I've ran it twice for 5 and 6 weeks, respectively.

I agree it is a great steriod but 15 lbs may be a little to much to hope for but 10lbs is not out of the question

epistane all the way. i love this product. when i ran it back in january i personally put on 10 pounds and brought all my lifts up by 50 pounds easily. didnt have really any sides from it, my libido was actually the same if not better. and i did have a better sense of well being it was weird but i always felt good (maybe it was the way i looked after gettin ripped) aha but its a great product to look into for shore. you might not see explosive results from it but it does do a good job. if you want something a lil more powerful then for shore run some havoc but you'll prolly feel more sides on that such as libido so have a good pct for afterwards. id run the epi at 20/30/30/40

actually havoc seems to be a little more potent than epi, i mean look at any log on it and the sides seem to be more noticable as well for example libido...

I've actually noticed that havoc gets better feedback overall than epi too. I don't know what the deal is.

Also -- It is a steroid. I noticed you said you wanted to gain without steroid use or whatever. And save the creatine for PCT, epi/meth-e/hav and good nutrition should be more than enough.

Hey, new at the pro-hormone scene and looking for a good start.
Want something with low side effects but will notice results!
Currently 5'5' lean, fit 120lb. Very small and looking to gain weight!!!

Any ideas on what to start?
DOESNT HAVE TO BE A PRO-HORMONE!!!

At 120 just eat and lift. Add protien and a creatine cycle after you get that down. It is probably best to stay away from any kind of steroids until you gain a lot naturally.

Oh ya and PRO-HORMONE is just a friendly name for steroid.

Hey guys. I want to do a cycle of Epistane, but am not 100% sure what I should run PCT.
Can you help me iron out what I should run and dosage.
I've done a little resarch, but it getting a little confusing, and everyone seems to have differing suggestions.

I'm gonna take CEL E-stane at 20/30/30/40
AI Cycle Support thoughout
Tribulus Terrestris? Should I take some Test booster?
Milk Thistle

Then for PCT im thinking...
LG Sciences Formadrol
Ergofarm 6-oxo
Indole-3-Carbinol
Horny Goat Weed

Formadrol has a SERM complex, do I need to get some other type of SERM?

Would what I've listed be good PC? Should I precycle anything? Maybe start the cycle support a week before the E-stane
What should I go with for dosage?

you should have a real SERM on hand just in case, seein as how the epi shouldnt give any gyno ya never know, your body can react differently but lookin good other than that.
