I have taken CEE . I got satisfying results. I am taking CREAKIC right now from Muscle Tech. really don't notice to much of a difference, and have her very good things about it. I have been reading good things about BICREATINE AND TRICREATINE. Does anybody have any suggestions. thanks

creatine monohydrate is the original and has the most research supporting it, but some are not responders and requires loading. CEE was the first to come out after that and ive always heard good things about that. right now, im taking DiCreatine Citrate and TriCreatine Malate. these work for me, i just use 1-2 grams of each pre/post-workout and have seen good results. In the future im gonna try DiCreatine Malate and Creatine Gluconate which sounds the most promising because its creatine bonded to glucose. and i would not recommend creakic just due to not very cost effective comparatively to other forms. you really just gotta try some different ones out, most arent too expensive to try

Some good ones that ive heard of but not used, clout, cex, and green bulge( i think thats there creatine stuff). Ones that i have taken and liked were, phosphagen hp, 6 star creatine( 15 bucks at walmart), Beta K ( krealilyn and beta alaine), and size on. Were money is concerned i just get 6 star cuz its really cheap and it works. These are just brands, but 6 start has mono, cee, and 2 others that i cant remeber.

www.nutraplanet.com in reference to the question earlier, the difference between the two goes as follows. DiCreatine Malate is two creatine molecules bonded with a molecule of malic acid in hopes of increased bioavailability. Creatine Gluconate on the other hand is a creatine molecule bonded with a glucose molecule, which to me seems like it would be the most bioavailable.

So......I am trying to create a stack similar to what I used to do...took a long break. I read on here someone saying if you use cirtiline malate...that you dont want the creatine in the same form? I like the arginine supplements because of the nice bedroom side effects. I feel like my muscles respond well, staying full all day long Right now I was thinking about buying Arginine ethyl ether (seems like this works in smaller doses?.....good product?) N norvaline (stabilized the arginine making it longer lasting and more effective?) Citruline malate powder (is this overkill? It used to be a favorite for energy and pump with my creatine mix a creatine product...... have been away for 4 years so please help with suggestions I am trying to dig through the garbage and decide what are the real supplements and which are placebos. Also what is this glycergrow or its main ingredient GSM seems to get good reviews? Thanks guys (oh, and if you have dosages for these) I put my guesses/what I have read)

im running that stack right now preworkout minus the citrulline malate, but with the Glycerol Mono Stearate. and i must say the pump is very good and alot longer lasting when compared to AAKG. normally take: 2-3 grams of AEE 200 mg.ish of Norvaline 7-8 grams of GMS 2-4 grams of creatine products on the product storm, looks like a very good, cost effective product but does have one problem. Glycocyamine is in there, look up the effects this has on the liver and if i recall the heart as well.

i looked the effects of Glycocyamine and it does mess with the liver, but it said to take four times the does of betaine to counteract the effects. Storm has betaine in it but i just don't know how much.
