Fish Oil with a High cellular ratio of EPA/DHA = VERY GOOD SHIT.
Paying an exhorbant amount of money for said oil when CostCo/Kirkland's
Fish Oil caps can be aquired in bulk for a fraction of the price = NOT GOOD SHIT.
So, essentially, if you have the money to burn, go for it. If you actually care about your spending, don't bother, just get your EPA/DHA-- that's the key.
