Depends what you're paying for it, although if I had to guess, no.

Fish Oil with a High cellular ratio of EPA/DHA = VERY GOOD SHIT.

Paying an exhorbant amount of money for said oil when CostCo/Kirkland's Fish Oil caps can be aquired in bulk for a fraction of the price = NOT GOOD SHIT.

So, essentially, if you have the money to burn, go for it. If you actually care about your spending, don't bother, just get your EPA/DHA-- that's the key.

So should I conclude Costco fish oils are good or bad quality?

The NOW brand Super Epa Fish Oil caps sold here are 50% EPA/DHA, and not all that much more expensive/g of EPA/DHA than other fish oils. Good buy IMO
