Hey guys!
I have been using optimum nutrition's 100% whey in vanilla for a long time now, but its time to re-order and I'm kinda getting sick of the same thing day after day.

So has anyone else here tried the other flavors like strawberry, chocolate oe cookies N cream - if so give me your rating - I dont want to buy 5lbs of something that makes me gag to drink (I've done that before)!

I searched the reviews on it but no-one seems to say much about flavor.

Any reviews would be so helpful.

Thanks and I luv ya!

PS sorry if this posts twice, site seems to be having issues w/ me today!

I've only used the chocolate, but I think it tastes great. Doesn't have that "chalky" taste to it either.

My roomate just ordered the vanilla so I'm anxious to see how that tastes.

You can also check the thread below for some other opinions on different flavors:

yeah, I know what you mean having the same ol' thing everyday gets old. I used prolabs whey protein for years before I swithced and tried ON's whey. There both good, but yesterday I picked up MRM metabolic response and it is pretty tastey. I recommend.

the strawberry tastes really bad in my opinion (and i do like strawberry)

i'd avoid it. obviously taste is individual - but i thought it was terribly nasty.

i do like both the chocolate and vanilla though.

I like chocholate, but, I have chocholate flavor in other stuff, so lately I've been sticking to vanilla protein powders mixed with real fruit (blueberries, wolfberries, strawberries, cherries, banana, etc.), nuts, and occasionally peanut butter for flavor.

Optimum is good. MRM is good with a different flavor. Most recently, I've been using a 1:1:1 mix of Designer Whey, Optimum, and MRM vanilla wheys. Pretty decent, IMO.
