I am currious about this
one also. I have tried monohydrate and
CEE.
CEE seems way more effective and easier on the gut than monohydrate but I read a lot of conflicting data -
one report says
creatine ethyl ester breaks down rapidly to creatinine.
I googled kre-alkaline and I
see the people pushing this stuff say the same thing about
straight monohydrate - it breaks down rapidly and that is why there product works better / etc. Also I could not find any of the kre-alkaline brands listing details about their ingredients - it just says buffered
creatine.
Is the kre-alkaline easy on the gut or is it like the monohydrate? Sounds like the companies selling this say you don't need to take as much.
One brand I saw on a web search said 2 caps was equal to 10 grams of monohydrate. If it is more effective at a lower does it might be worth while.
