The kre-alkalyn capsules from American EFX ?

If so, how long did you stay on it for and what kind of results did you get in terms of muscle gains (pounds).

Any feedback is much appreciated.

I am currious about this one also. I have tried monohydrate and CEE. CEE seems way more effective and easier on the gut than monohydrate but I read a lot of conflicting data - one report says creatine ethyl ester breaks down rapidly to creatinine.

I googled kre-alkaline and I see the people pushing this stuff say the same thing about straight monohydrate - it breaks down rapidly and that is why there product works better / etc. Also I could not find any of the kre-alkaline brands listing details about their ingredients - it just says buffered creatine.

Is the kre-alkaline easy on the gut or is it like the monohydrate? Sounds like the companies selling this say you don't need to take as much. One brand I saw on a web search said 2 caps was equal to 10 grams of monohydrate. If it is more effective at a lower does it might be worth while.

totally retard question but my minds going blank and Id rather know. I just started taking creatine mono by itself for the first time. No pre work anything or other supps besides protein. I am taking 5g aday so just 1 dose. Should I take it pre or post? Id usually take some pre and post but I'm taking such a low dose to stop bloating.

cheers bros

EDIT: Dont mean to high jack the thread but no need to start a new thread for such a simple question.

most people normally take one dose in the morning (unless you SFW in the morning) and the other post workout.
