I played around with BSL's specialty mixes this weekend. I came up with a health & wellness mix I'm considering but wanted to get some knowledegable feedback. I'm also considering blening it myself if I once I get some feedback. I know doing it myself will be a lot more investment, but will last considerably longer. So here is the break down.
