There's a lot of conflicting information out there, so I'm just trying to sort everything out. I've only ever used pretty routine supplements like glutamine and ALCAR, so this is definitely a first for me. My primary motivation for using Epistane is what I've read about it's impact on gyno. I've had some gyno since puberty that has not gone away. It's shrunk as my bodyfat has decreased, but it's still noticeable. I've always been strong, but never really had that lean look. So that's what I'm going for. Reduction in gyno, leaner, stronger.

What is the best PCT for this particular cycle? What supps should I be running with Epistane? I know I need some type of liver support, before, during, and after. But besides that, I'm a bit confused. Do I need Nolvadex, or, can I avoid that? I've read about products like Rebound XT... can this be the core of my pct?

Thanks.

if your main concern is the gyno i'd keep the doseage low... maybe 10mg for 2 weeks and 20mg for 2 weeks... many including myself have reported gyno reduction if the dose is under 20mg, but then it returns once the dose is increased

if you keep it around there you could probly get by without a serm, but your gyno will probly reappear if you don't use one

if it were me i'd run the cycle, then get rolaxifen for pct along with some e-form... rolaxifen is supposed to be the best serm to fight gyno, this way you can gain a little muscle and then knock the gyno out during pct

For gyn. reduction, I would run 10 mg for the duration along with e-form or Formadex (E-Form would be best). PCT should include what Movin said with the possibility of adding extremestane or another solid AI. One SERM should be sufficient unless you are thinking about adding clomid.
