Hi,

I am 19 years old, 160 pounds , 5,94 feet and i come from Switzerland smile.gif When I began bodybuilding, two years ago, i was only 135 pounds and I trained 5 times a week during these 2 years. But now, i cannot gain weight anymore since 3 monthes and it begins to be very difficult to train without any gain. It's why i decided to only train 4 times a week now, and only one big muscle per training or two small muscles...

But i'm now looking for a stack that could help me to gain weight, but without PH because i am only 19 years old and i'd rather to wait until i will be 21 to go on PH. My question is following: What would you advice me to stack for a big gain in mass. I think at a weightgainer ( Prolab Nlarge 2) with some creatine and tribulus and protein too. But if someone could propose me a good stack. I am very strict in my diet. ( 6 meals a day, many proteins and carbohydrates.

Thanks a lot for your help cool.gif

Mike

PS: If you need a picture, i can attach one...

The nlarge, creatine, and protein is a great place to start. Im curious, though... you say youre strict with your diet, yet youre only just now considering buying protein? Do you have any sort of post workout nutrition in your diet? That could play a big role in adding some weight.

Hi Monolith,

Thanks for your answer. In fact, i already take protein for two years as following. One protein at 10AM ( between my two meals ). Then one protein before workout and one carbohydrate drink after workout. Then comes my supper and i take another protein before going to bed.

I know the importance of the post workout nutrition but it seems not to be enough for my body at the time dry.gif

5 days a week for 2 years? Sounds like you may be over doing it. You should cut back a bit and let your body rest and grow. Try training 3 days a week with heavy basic lifts. You say you eat clean, dont be scared to chow down a cheeseburger or some pizza every once in a while, your young you need to eat, just dont over do it.

I know it's hard not to train everyday especially when it's something you love to do, but trust me, if what you say is true and you've been training that much, your body is screaming for a break (or at least a change). Your body wants to grow but you keep beating it up, let it rest. Good luck.

I don't think a break is necessary but I would definitely change your workouts if you haven't been doing so, whether it be changing your bodypart split, volume etc.

Health is not the absence of symptoms.

Thanks for your advice. I think i have to eat more food that could be bad for an older guy but good for a young guy like me. It could be the main problem because i train and eat very strictly. I will try training 4 times a week with a rest day in the middle of the week and no training during the week end.

Thanks again !

Mike
