I'd like to have everyone's input. I'm kinda not sure what I should take.

At the moment, my supplements consist of Lipotropics, Branch Chain Amino's, L-Glutamine and Apex protein shakes. I'd like ad other supplements to the mix to help with muslce grow and body fat loss(without affecting my muscle growth). I don't know if I should add Creatine, Taurine, Tribulus, Andro to the mix. If so,what's a good quality product? What do you guys think?

IMO - you cant beat Creatine for cost and and effectiveness. I always recommend a good protein powder, creatine and a good multi as the minumum to get good results. If you train right and sleep well - you really dont need anything else.

I also add Glutamine to this list for me at 20 to 40 gms perday fdepending on trainings etc.

If you want to investigate using PH's like I did before considering. Read very carefully.

I agree with Kashi completely.

I wouldn't waste money on Tribulus.

Thanks a bunch. Many people have been saying the same thing. I think I'm gonna head in that direction.

Do you recommend any specific brand (good quality) of Creatine and L-Glutamine?

Thank you for your help.
