I'd like to have everyone's input. I'm kinda not sure what I should take.
At the moment, my supplements consist of Lipotropics, Branch Chain Amino's, L-Glutamine and Apex
protein shakes. I'd like ad other supplements to the mix to help with muslce grow and body fat loss(without affecting my muscle growth). I don't know if I should add
Creatine,
Taurine,
Tribulus, Andro to the mix. If so,what's a good quality product? What do you guys think?
