I plan on putting in an order...Im going for an as lean as possible bulk...I plan on buying Sonic Pump, RPM, and the bulk BCAAS from here

The question I have is..I have bought Xtend before and really liked it..the only reason Im buying the bulk BCAAS (1fast400) from here is to save some money. Here come the questions...

1. Does it come with a scooper?
2. Is it as good as Xtend
3. How bad of a taste are we talking here, i heard it is awful but can be mixed...what do you suggest to ix it with
4. How well does it mix


and finally how long does this stuff take to ship...im in the US if that helps...

No it doesnt come with a scooper
Doesnt taste anything like xtend, taste is not great bro, not gonna lie, but its not that bad, throw in some crystal light and its all good.
does not mix overly well, but let it settle for like 5 minutes after shaking and it will desolve a bit. Benefits of bcaa's definetly outweigh the bad taste and poor mixability

how would I measure out how much to take?

I plan on taking it 30 minutes priot to cardio in the morning on an empty stomache....and taking it again before and during..and some after i lift like i did with the xtend

I always throw 3 even teaspoons in a 20 oz. water bottle w/ a packet of Crystal Light or whatever other brand. You have to shake it up and let it mix in for a few mins, but mixability has been fine for me.

As far as taste, I don't taste it at all, as the flavoring from the packet overpowers it. Anyone that complains at that point is just being particular.

All bulk powder containers have a label letting you know the conversion.

For example it could say something like:

1/4 tsp = 500mg

Well My order came in....the BCAA container is a lot smaller than the pic on this site...also I saw the label on the side

I want to be taking this before i lift, during and after...

I weight 185 currently, so would 3 teaspoons before 3 during and 3 after be enough?

you see we'd need to know the conversion rate too...like what is 3 teaspoons

On the side of the container it says

serving size: 5g
1/4tsp: 470mg
amount per serving: 2.5g L-Leucine, 1.25g L-Isoleucine, 1.25g L-Valine

I used to take 15g before lifting and 15g after lifting. You don't have to take it in the gym. You'll live.

I think 3 tsps. is about 5 or 6 grams, which I take before and after workouts, not usually on off days, though.

all i know is i mixed the bulk bcaas in my cookies and cream shake before i lifted and let it sit for like 5 minutes so it owuld dissolve in it..and it was awful...clearly mixing this with crystal light...it taste fairly better that way

I see no point to adding bcaa's to whey protein. It'd be cheaper to just add a bit more protein powder. It just seems redundant to add aminos to protein. Adding them to a carb mix or flavored water before and immediately after a workout makes more sense to me.

Makes sense to me too.

I'm not a bodybuilder I just lift a lot.
