I hated this stuff within the first two days, i was taking in like 80-90g of carbs before workouts and then would go lift an hour and a half or so later....I was very tired and had the feeling you get after you stuff your face during a holiday and you just want to nap after...anyhoo....
the past week or so i dropped the amount of carbs to just over 60 and have been feeling great...very quick recovery inbetween sets...more vascularity, i now have matching veins running along my left thigh and knee, and th eones in my shoulder have begun to pop out as a clump which looks rather sick, currently im up to 188 from 185/186 consistantly....
just over a cup of oats = just about 60g of carbs and a scoop and a half of ON...like 8g of carbs
