Sounds like a great product; however, the add states there are 30 caps in the bottle at 1 serving per cap but the Supplement Facts indicate 90 servings per container. Please clarify.

their was an error with box design if i recall correctly. it should be 30. 1 tablet per day for 30 days

30 day supply.

off days
1 cap morning meal

I'm actually gonna pick this stuff up and start next week. I have 2 higher carb days right now in which I incorporate lots of Carb Slam pre and during workout. Should be a great addition.

Pure Supplements P-SLIN is different from USPLabs Anabolic Pump in that P-SLIN is to be used primarily as a pre-workout supplement. Furthermore, P-SLIN is a high dose of the tannins complex from Anabolic Pump.

decided to empty out my p-slin bottle when i got it to count the pills becuause usually when i buy pills and take them as directed i alwasy and up with a few pills less than i was supposed to...anyways opened my 30 pill bottle of p-slin..and im glad to say i was giving a bonus 2 pills!...32 total...hooray tongue.gif

I've used both and I currently have a bottle of both. I use the pslin on weight days and the anabolic pump on my cardio/abs days through out the day. I'm 192 now and I look leaner as well. Like I said before, I've been eating upwards of 500 carbs a day and I seem to be toning up more and more. That works for me. Chipotle... here I come!!

For the last two months I have been running Pslin and AP. Along with Storm, Shock Therapy and Purple Wraath. All I can saw is WOW!

AP 15 minutes before breakfast and lunch (atleast 60g carbs)
Pslin 15 min before preworkout meal with protein shake (40g) and around 80 of slow digesting carbs (100% whole wheat bread or oats)
Then 45-50 minutes later Storm and Shock and off to the gym.
While working out I drink PW along with 32oz water.
Postworkout AP then 15 minutes later 45g protein with 80g waxy maze.

I have loved this combo of supps. I have stayed very lean and vascular while eating lots of carbs. I think my waist has gotten smaller, what a plus! All my lifts are going up and get crazy skin tight rock hard pumps every time I am in the gym. Two major thumbs up in my view.

Yeah... these are very cool supps. I going to use Pslin and AP for another month. I' ve never eaten so many burritos before and not gained any fat. I'm loving it! I'm not gifted genetically so it's nice to be able to eat a freakin burrito and not worry about gaining fat. I've been running Drive/Incarnate/Pslin on weight days and they have been excellent. Tomorrow I'm going to do deads, standing military press, pull-ups, lat-pull down, arms and fore-arms. I'll post any progress from where I've been. I'm still at 365 asg squats and deads. My bench has gone up a little since moved from barbell to dumb bell. I may try hitting barbell bench on Mon. to take note of any progession. I'm sure it's more than what's in my sig.

for the guys who have ran this stuff...bottom line..after a month could you justify $42 worth of gains?

I guess everybody's different... cuz I've gotten nothing from p-slin. I tried it with whole food meals... 3 packets of oatmeal... 3 scoops of wms... 15 minutes before/halfhour/ hour/ with... with protein, without protein...

Nothing i do has Any effect. its worthless for me. and before somebody has to add their two cents... I know that everybody is different and some people are non-responders.... blah... blah... blah.

I'm half way into my second bottle. bought 2 before i tried it... OOOps.

Lesson learned... If its not glutamine, creatine, bcaas, protein or a hormone... I don't need it.

I hated this stuff within the first two days, i was taking in like 80-90g of carbs before workouts and then would go lift an hour and a half or so later....I was very tired and had the feeling you get after you stuff your face during a holiday and you just want to nap after...anyhoo....

the past week or so i dropped the amount of carbs to just over 60 and have been feeling great...very quick recovery inbetween sets...more vascularity, i now have matching veins running along my left thigh and knee, and th eones in my shoulder have begun to pop out as a clump which looks rather sick, currently im up to 188 from 185/186 consistantly....

just over a cup of oats = just about 60g of carbs and a scoop and a half of ON...like 8g of carbs

nice product, i only purchased one bottle in case i became the person above me...which is what happened when i took RPM for the most part
