 Well Today is my day off from work, so I get to relax, fuck, ride my bike, and cook some mean shit buddy. Well this is my second meal of the day. I know you are all either in the office eating leftovers, or little shit, so this is just to tease you hahaha! Meal: The waffles are go lean by Kashi The steak is a london Broil, grilled on the George!!! Half of grapefruit. Strawberries and some Cinnoman for insulin regulation. Calories: 485 Protein: 40 Carbs: 44

Well, I am just trying to get my body fat 5-6%, I know its a goal to shoot for. I am not cutting to hard or drasctic. Also trying to keep as much lean mass as I can until I plan to pack on more for pre-Winter, probably Sept. As for what I eat a work, its tuff. I try to plan 3 meals at work, and the good news is that sometimes I get off before I eat my third meal, aloowing me to make a better meal if I want to. But I eat a nice sandwhich, double fiber bread, with fat-free cheese, 15grams of protein through 97% lean roast beef slices. Couple of servings of Kelloges Special K (100 calories, 10grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, 9 grams of carbs) Grapefruit, Chicken breasts, steak, pre packaged Dymatize's Elite oats and protein. All kinds of berries.

thanks for the ideas. i was wondering because i just got outta school and im gonna be working full time now and im not sure what ill be eatin there. hopefully ill get atleast 2 breaks for 2 meals since itll be 8 hour days. just wondering how u guys get all 6 meals in working full time jobs and still make it to the gym....
