the record bench press at 165 in the 18-19 age range is 300??

if so, i will most likely compete in 08 since there are some meets in california.

at the rate im going, i can get 300 by the end of this year easily.

mind you, that's only for that fed, which i believe is based out of illinois? or something, and i dont think they have any meets in CA

yea i know its only for the fed, not really a world record.

there quite a few meets next year in california.

Go for it. That would be a great feeling to hold a record in any federation. That fed is truely RAW also. No wraps no belts.
