The ups guy just delivered the goods...took it about 5-10 min ago and can already start to feel it working. I will give an update when i get back from the gym. Hopefully this stuff will be the real deal.

Lets get the show on the road.


Stats
-Age-22
-Sex-m

-Bodyfat-23%

Here my current schedule but will change weekly

Sun:back, chest, bi's, calf's 3 sets each and 10-12 reps
Mon:delts,tri's, thigh's, abs 3 sets each and 10-12 reps
Tues:chest, back, bi's, calfs 3 sets each 8-10 reps
Wed:delts, tri's, thighs, abs 3 sets each 8-10 reps
Thurs:back, chest, bi's, calfs 3 sets each 5-7 reps
Fri:delts, tris, thighs, abs 3 sets each 5-7
Sat: Off
reps and num of sets will change weekly
Trying to do cardio each night except for sat and sun.

The first workout of many to come.

3/28 workout:

Flat DB bench:
90x10
90x10
100x10
Seated cable rows:
160x9
170x8
Reverse grip lat pulldown:
150x10
Calf raises:
480x12 for 3 sets
EZ bar close grip curls:
70x10
80x8
70x8

Overall good workout, had some nice pumps and good focus. Hopefully the pumps will become greater the more i use it.

Workout #2

3/29



Shoulders:3sets 8-10 reps
Tri's:3 sets 8-10
Saving legs and abs for toninght when i do cardio

DB seated press:
65x8
70x8
70x8

Skull Crushers:
90x8
Cable press downs:
100x10
110x10

Had a good workout. Arms were more fuller and defined, so this stuff is starting to kick in.

You must have an amazing recuperation time: You work out each body part 3 times a week. WOW!! I wish i could do that.

That looks like a modified HIT training program.

Yeah i like this program pretty good so far. It's called big beyond belief, check it out you may like it.

The funny thing, I got my wisdom teeth out the day I got the product.. The next day I took 6 caps 30mins prior to lifting.. I had veins show up in places I didn' think they'd pop from.. No joke, I've tried alot of nitric oxide boosters, and this one works well for me.. I'm on a very low-carb competition diet right now, so the pump helps bigtime! biggrin.gif

Chest:

Calfs:
calf extensions 230x10

calf extensions 230x10
Bi's:
EZ bar curls 100x7
EZ bar curls 100x7
DB alt. curls 45x7

Did one extra set of 21's to get a good pump.

Arms were more vasucular and still plenty of energy afterwards.

I was reading the FAQ and it appears you only need to take it preworkout. I don't know if there is any benefit taking it on off days.

so are you finding low sets to be effective? that is, are you making big ol gains??
