You are definetly are not ready for anything more then a good multi V and some minerals. You don't seem to have put much effort into bettering yourself yet.
How long have you been working out?
At 192 and only benching 205 at 19, when I was 19 I weighted 205 at 15% BF and was benching 285. You either aren't training enough/ too much, eating enough/ the right things, or sleeping enough.
As far as the hair loss issue, yes there is something you can do, do a search for liquid finasteride on Yahoo or google and put a stop to it. Take 1mg ED for the rest of your life and you should be able to hold onto what you have left or dramatically slow the rate it falls out at. PH's will only make it worse especially non-5 Alpha Reductase drugs which few if any PH's are (Only injectable Test is off the top of my head).
Here is a good stack option for you...
a strict diet with lots of
proteina sound training plan
and at least 8 hours of sleep per night
a good multi V
maybe some
