So does anyone know if its best to take 6 oxo with or after nolva, if so what dosage?

Or is it best to just taper of nolva? If so please can you inform me of the best dosage of nolva to take, after 2 week cycles of M1T (5-10 mg). 4 week cycle of cyclo 1-T (25 mg 5 times a day) and 6 week cycle of 1,4 andro (300-600 mg along with the cyclo 1-T). Or another 4 week cycle of S1+ (5 squirts x2 a day)

The cycles listed will be spaced throughout the year.

I was gonna run nolva for 4 weeks at 40 mg week 1 and 2, then 20 mg week 3 and 4.

I don't think nolva raises estrogen levels to that extreme. Still tapering is the way to go. However you also have to taper AIs because estrogen rebound may occur.

I do not think 6-OXO + nolva would be very effective. The reason is nolva pretty much saturates ERs, which would keep estrogen signalling to occur to begin with. I could be wrong, I don't have a solid understanding of SERMs yet. If anything take it afterwards though. Those nolva dosages sound about right.
