I want to know what you guys think is/are the best supplements out there without hurting yourself.
I already have protien, fish/
flax oils,
L-glutamine,
BCAA's, and obviously food.
I just want something more, just to add that extra help.
Any kind of advice or your opinions will help.
What do you like to use? What you think works best?
Im willing to spend up to $120 since Im kind of on a low budget (no job).
