So my supplements are getting a lil low and its about time to stock up again. I was thinking about trying new stuf this time. I usually get ON's
100% Whey,
fish oil, multi, and
flax seed. Saw an alright amount increase in strenght and weight.
My current list includes ...
Trac Extreme NO,
Micellar Matrix Casein,
Dextrose,
fish oil and multi v.
I keep thinking that im missing something... i dunno, im not extremely wise in picking out supplements. Is there anything i should take out or include? Also, when would I take the
Casein ... PWO shake and before bed with some
dextrose?
