I just started my first bottle of Leviathan by palo alto labs today. Started with 1 and 1 morning/afternoon. I was wondering if there is anything new I should be doing, cutting more carbs, drinking more water? any suggestions boys?

Take it on an empty stomach a good 45 mins before another meal. The reason being is the presence of insulin will counter the lipolytic effects of the yohimbine.

There is no need to restrict carbs or drink more water, assuming that your diet is already in check and you already consume enough water (1gal/day+)

1 bottle is a 22.5 day supply if you are taking the full 4 caps day dosage. So it depends on how long you plan to cut

my diet isn't terrible and i drink over a gallon a day, ill keep the empty stomache in mind, and what is epistane, i've heard alot about people wanting to take it with this leviathan?
