Is it okay to use AX Retain while trying to cut? I used it as my PCT, and still have quite a lot of pills left, and I'm thinking of doing a three-week cut, so I figured I'd throw it in there to finish up the bottle. Is this a good idea?

Great idea!
Retain is excellent at preserving muscle... part of why its used during PCT.
Im using it on a cut right now and am actually putting on muscle and going up in strength.
