Well, I have came to a decision to try and start myself a really brutal ATP stack.

Here goes my Daily Consumption of Crap:

Creatine+Ribose+Phospates
Citrulline Malate (Body Octane)
ATP Bottled (Adenergy)
Amino Acids (ON's Amino Tabs)
Pro Complex Protein Shake
Nighttime Protein Shake
Glucosamine & Chondroiton (Joint Trouble)
Coral Calcium
GNC Ultra Mega Green Vitamins

Now...I know it seems a bit much but right now I have the ability to do it and I'm goin for it. My question is...is this gonna kill me? Of course, Im exaggerating, but is it gonna effect my liver ya think? I just want a true ATP stack and this is the way I plan on getting it. Yes I am eating good and drinking plenty of water. And on the creatine and ribose it is only 3 grams a piece daily. Costly, yes, effective....I will let you know. I figured the Adenergy needed to be used somehow that I have so might as well just throw it in there to have more ATP to boost with the enhancers.

Without a struggle, there can be no progress.

It's okay it won't harm you, but it wont be really that effective as u think it might be.And if u now, the Ultra green contain's milk thisticles so it will keep your liver safe. But that ADENERGY stuff is no good just a waste of money I bought that stuff and it did nothing.Just stick to Citrulline Malate and creatine and take in a lot of complex carb's that's all you really need. wink.gif

Not trying to knock your efforts, but Coral Calcium is a waste of money. It's been proven overhyped compared to the less expensive calcium (I believe Citrate).

Secondly, I don't see a need to take aminos since your body will convert protein into aminos.

I take Glucosamine with MSM, great on the joints esp. at my age.

You may want to invest a small handful of pocket change on some Alpha Lipoic Acid (the R type) and flax oil for added insulin sensitivity and overall good health.

Also I'm interested in how the Body Octane is working out for you. I read an article a couple of months ago ref: Beta-alanine and Carnosine supplementation and the buffering of lactic acid.

Good Luck!

Make the most of each day. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow may not come...Live for today! In memory of my best friend and lifting partner, Jimmy G.
