I have posted some pics in my journal at 15 weeks out from the NPC Northern Kentucky and Natural Ohio in March. I am very pleased with starting point relative to last time.

kdkdkd - thanks man, yeah my already strong back got stronger biggrin.gif

azfit - My goal was to stay lean and I did this, so I can retain more muscle while cutting and come in harder. I train legs very hard! I occasionally have to sit/fall down at the end of my last heavy set. Squatting very controlled and down to parallel first and foremost. They have grown some, but I hope to make some further improvements in the next month or two. My back just grew soo much.

They definetaly look bigger, and more seperated. You def have stayed pretty lean. Im trying to lean out abit for January when i start my next bulk. It's hard with my gall bladder being all messed up though

Thanks man! Yes, I am very motivated to do my best and looking forward to seeing what crazy striations pop out due to my gains. It is nice seeing my abs again too! laugh.gif

If only I didn't have to wear clothes though b/c they all start to fit big, which screws with your head a little.

Its funny you say that as I sometimes gauge how much I'm gaining by some particular clothes I wear. Damn dude I never thought about that with dieting....yeah that would definitely mess with your head when stuff starts feeling looser. When I quit lifting there for a few years my clothes were loose, now that I'm back I need bigger clothes!!!

Do you use any Carbolin 19 by Biotest or colforsin 1,9-ethylcarbonate while dieting to see if your muscles do not waste at all while dieting?

Yeah Ben, it is something you just accept when dieting. We are comprised of fat and muscle, so when you take away the fat you are smaller. Me and another competitor call it, "getting pretty." My strength has maintained 100% to this point though. The last weeks are the toughest. I'm already fantasizing a bit about the postcontest anabolic rebound. tongue.gif

I have recently added a few products I enjoyed while gaining to help maintain muscle mass, Anagen and ActivaTe. I'll boost my BCAA intake too the last few weeks. I am tentatively planning to add a fatburner in two weeks too (6 wks out). I am not familiar with those products, but post a link and I'll check em out.

I am sitting about 3 lbs heavier than the last time I competed and my conditioning is much improved. I am feeling great at this point.
