of course i got my morning protein shake and vitamins and all that. I work with Lift Maintance now its not back breaking work or anything but its 10 hour days and its physical...coffee is just water to me now and im detoxing off Epheredrine for a few months...but what about like Hydroxycut Hardcore or something like that. i have taken a lot of ECA over the past few months and now i need to stop for sure so i am. but if i start with a new supp is going to be ok? or does it affect other parts of the body...od should i drop them all period...i just dotn want to fuck up my insides thats for sure...i relised when i didnt even notice taking ECA it was time to stop hahah...but ive always cycled it off for a few days. i smash the gym 3 times a week as well....but my goal isnt some massive ripped man im keen on just super toned and ripped.

Once in a while I'll to a stacker or pill w/ energy drink

or I'll do a couple spike pills and an energy drink, I have a really physical job and it seems to do the trick

ya i think ill just pick up a bottle of hydroxy cut...i always wanted to try it anyway not like it will kill me!!...energry drinks are always good..but again i dont feeel them that much.
