B-hydroxy B-methylbutyrate monohydrate (HMB) in EAS's muscle armor) and creatine??? So is it ok to take these together? Are they doing the same thing??? kinda inexperienced with the hole creatine thing... A buddy asked for advice i told him i would look into it. So what you guys got for me?

If your wanting to use HMB then i would suggest buying EAS Betagen. It has creatine mono and HMB as well as a few other effective supps. The HMB is good to use with creatine because it will enhance your strength a little quicker than with just creatine.
