Inseason:
1/2 1% or Skim
1/2 Water
My Chol numbers were getting high which is why I initially started the 1/2 water.
I find I can drink more of these each day if there is some milk like consistency to it.
I do the same when I just HAVE to have some sort of fruit juice.
Plus instead of more expensive
mrps I use a low sugar carnation like meal replacement. They mix better with some milk instead of just plane water.
I use
Biotest Surge after workouts and that is the only post workout drink that I have tried that mixes well with just water.
