One of my friend's brother is a football player for a college and was telling me that Creatine Mono is better than CEE b/c it retains water, which I alread knew that, but he said it was better to retain Mono. Well, he said CEE is only for strength and not mass or bulking and Creatine Mono is. Can you stack the two together? If so, how?

Actually for football (ex-college ball player myself) I'd recommend CEE, it wasn't around when I was playing but getting the strength gains without the water is a good thing. You wouldn't want excess water weight sabotaging your quickness. Stacking CEE and Mono doesn't really make a whole lot of sense to me, just pick yourself up a tub of the bulk CEE and you'll be good to go. As far as the Test boosters go, I never noticed much of a difference from Test boosters back in the day, but everyone is different. Lastly, with respect to the Ecdysten(sp) I'd do a lil more research, but from what I know about it stacking with CEE should be a good combo. HTH

You want a creatine, any creatine, and citrulline. I'd recommend Clout or Orotine, it's specifically formulated for your type of sport (quick bursts of intense activity). Any citrulline is fine: bulk, SAN Ox, Body Octane, you name it.

Oh no..I dont play football any more. I just lift now, I'm graduate..the football player was just a reference. But I keep hearing good reviews about CEE by Axis Labs and Cell Fuel, that's why I'm tempted to buy them. Esp. CEE by Axis Labs 240 caps for 24 bucks. Plus it's a top seller. And I'm still lost on the diff. between diff. test boosters like ZMA and tribulus. Gah, I thought I knew a lot too.

Well, after all the reviews and help, instead of Ecdysten/ ZMA/ Tribulus, should I just go w/ a simple weight gainer?

if you ever tried creatine mono and you responded well to it, stick to it cuz CEE isnt much better, if even. If you tried creatine mono and didnt respond well to it, then stick to CEE cuz it will work better.

What about CEE, protein, mutli's, flax oil, and a weight gainer like Serious mass or Cytosport? I'd be getting everything I needed w/ that I'd think.

In response to tribulus and zma. I have taken Zmass by cytosport. It was great, keep in mind the gains will come slowly, but they will stay. Try the zmass and not the zmass pm. It really does raise your test levels naturally. Side effect: Hornyness.
