Sorry, my personal messaging feature isn't working very well right now, so I'm just going to have to post my replies here. I apologize for doing so, but it's the only way I can readily answer you promptly:

the strength is giving per 1/4tsp right? thats not very accurate and when you buy it per gram how do you know what strength it is? maybe im missing it completely here? |
No, that's not the "strength," that's just the molecular weight per 1/4 tsp. Generally, a rounded tsp. of a powder = ~ 5g of powder, but it totally depends on the weight. A tsp. of some powders can weigh as little as a gram or two or as much as seven or eight.

this is how I see it: take 19nordiol for example , 250mg per 1/4tsp I buy it as a gram , do i just use 1/4tsp as the measurement? if yes then that doesnt seem very right? thanks for the help anyway and as for buying a scale thats also a top idea. |
No, you dose it based on daily dosage. I mean, if you're taking 1g/day (1000mg), then you certainly can take 4x250mg and dose it that way, but that's not "the strength" or a dosage protocol, that's just the way the site lists the weight so you'll have a reference.

| I dont like the idea of transdermal , seems messy and for some reason I dont think it worx? have you used it? |
I will only use PHs transdermally. I think oral use is a waste of time. Yes, transdermal use is slightly more messy/inconvenient, but it is far more effective, and thus far better IMHO.
