I copied this from a post over at the avant forum....this seems like it might be a great product to take for BP, especially on strong PH or AAS cycles, like all fo our M1T users out there. On a side note, Twinlab Blood pressure Control works wonders as well.....enjoy wink.gif

Blood pressure:

I'd say that celery seed extract would be your best bet. Celery seed extract use has many benefits that any bodybuilder would enjoy. First off, make sure the product is standardized for it's 3nB content. 3nB lowers blood pressure by 12-14% and also lowers cholesterol by 6-7%. 3nB appears to lower blood pressure by both acting as a diuretic and vasodilator through impacting the production of prostaglandins as well as acting in a similar manner to drugs known as calcium channel blockers. Celery seed extract acts as a diuretic but does not alter the ratio of sodium to potassium in the blood. It also seems to exhibit pain relief from arthritis or other inflammatory type conditions. However, 3nB does not inhibit prostaglandin production, but rather it appears to help restore balance in the prostaglandin system. There is no known adverse drug reaction to 3nB, however, IMO I would not use 3nB (celery seed extract) while using Coumadin (warfarin) a prescription blood thinner. I also used this while on my M-1T cycle and it worked not only fast, but extremely well.

Natron, you got any sources for the 3nB Celery Seed Extract. I have found some but not with 3nB listing, like the BP effects, mine runs high and I'm determined to stay off the meds if I can possibly avoid it.

A candian company called Natural Factors has the best celery seed extract I've come across. Not too sure if/where they are available in the U.S.(assuming that's where your located?)

Unfortunately most wouldn't even consider having their BP checked, it is very interesting though.

I just take captopril on my cycles 2x25mg/day (sometimes 3x)

It's cheap, readily obtainable, and highly effective, not to mention the fact that reducing angiotensin (esp. AngII) levels has other, added benefits...

yeah, sad....but true. The twinlab product has gotten my bp down from 135-145 / 75-90 without thermos down to 115-20 / 70-80 while ON thermogenics...I have high bp in my family and this product beats the hell out of hawthorne or garlic (they are nice additions though)...the celery seed extract sounds pretty good though

to update everyone, I have started my PH cutting cycle consisting of equilone (liposomal 1,4adiol), sauce 1-T, and transdermal hydroxytest....I am still taking GO 3X a day to help with slight lethargy....
I take 2 twinlab bp control in morning and 1 natural factors celery seed morn, 1 night.....
my bp has steadily been hovering at 108-115 / 60-74 or so!!
THis stack does the trick for me and I HIGHLY recomend it to the huge nubmer of you on M1T (not to mention pro-liver)

Isn't this a prescription? I'd call vitamin-C "readily obtainable."
