Just started a cycle of 1,4 Andro four days ago...400mg/day along with Etched...suddenly I am getting an occasional sharp pain in one knee and ankle on the same leg...coincidence or a known side? The pain does not seem to be related to actual use of the joint (it comes on sometimes when I am just sitting still)

Also taking 600mg Ca, 500mg Mg, multivitamin, EFA, 2g of ascorbic acid, 200mg RALA and some other supps daily but I was taking all of those before and no pain...

Now that I've lived with it for a bit, the problem seems to actually be muscle cramps in the area of the affected joints...upping my potassium intake seems to have largely resolved things...do PHs cause changes in electrolyte levels?

Yeah, prohormones and steroids can cause pretty significant changes in electrolyte balance.

That seems to be the cause...never had a significant muscle cramp before and I thought b/c I was taking a pretty small dose I wouldn't have much in the way of sides...these were really intense cramps in my outer quads and calf...a bannana each am seems to have resolved things...thanks for the input.
