hi all,

i just recieved my shipment of Yohimbine HCL Caps in the mail. according to bottle instructions, one pill (contains 2.5 mgs) and is directed to be taken 3 x's per day.

is 2.5mgs, 3x's per day enough for fat loss, or can the dosing be elevalted ?

im not really fat, but am using product in hopes to reduce the stubborn areas of fatty deposits, that women are prone to getting.

~thanks smile.gif

Sensitivity varies a lot (I think this is mentioned in the article), so start with a low dose. Some people will end up going as high as 30 mg a day eventually, although I don't think this is the best idea, I would probably max out at 15-20 mg. Just make sure to monitor your reaction.

thanks you guys, however, i just posted another thread located in Reviews.

i am discontinuing both the LipoDerm Ultra and Yohimbine HCL caps.

i once again experienced horrible GI distress and am positive its from the Yohimbine HCL. my body just cannot handle the side effects from applying LipoDerm Ultra onto my abdominals.

my first experience w/ GI distress was from the LD Ultra, when applied to the abdominals. i thought the distress was from a viral infection and discontinued all products until i got better.

but once i was relieved of my illnesses, i resumed the LD Ultra and the same symptoms reaccurred, GI distress and flu - like symptoms returning.

unfortunately, i just cant handle the Yohimbine HCL. sad.gif
