Hey Guys!

I have been working out consistently and following a healthy diet for the past 3 months now in preparation for a memorial day weekend trip and have seen great results everywhere except for my lower abs and love handles. Its like I have a tire above my waist line. I have about 2 more months left before the trip and I know that there are a lot of knowledgable people on this forum so, I was wondering if any of you know of a specific training program or exercises to target these areas?

Thanks for the help guys!

Tighten up your diet even more, do HIIT cardio. The lower abs is usually the last to come in for guys

I'm on a fat lose cycle for another month or two. I started march1st with 2mile in 20min. ED after a week I added 20min stationary cycling. I upted it to 40min cycling. I started to get burned out so I started taking 1/2 grain armour*TM thyroid BID. I got tied of running and now, I cycle for One hour @ 135BPM=600cal. It really burns hamstrings, glutes, pelvic area, oblic area, abdomen, and burns fat everywhere else too. I've lost 15lbs fin march first and would like to lose another 15lbs before cutting cycle.

DO NOT take thyroid medication unless you actually need it. You will become dependent upon it after a while

My thyroid hasn't been tested but, when I take it my hair grows better. My MPB almost goes away. I don't take on AAS cycle because it causes to much aggression. ANY WAY I've been told that people haven't have a problem with the T3/T4 like the T3 or T4 as a standalone.

Well unless you have a specific thyroid problem (which can be checked with a simple blood test) do not take them. I have a thyroid problem and take levothyroxine for it.
