was tkinking of buying most of the ingrediants in this stuff in bulk powder form, only one that seems to be missing is citruline malate,anyone tried adding this in.

You'll definitely like adding the Cit M into your pre-workout shake. I do my own custom cocktail with plcar, bcaa, cit m, & cee, all bulk powders. The taste is pretty horrid, but I mix in a pack of unsweetend Kool-Aid and chug it down. wink.gif

I've bought a tub of Citrulline Malate from BN a few times. I felt like it helped my endurance a lot, and a little pump too. I found it didnt taste very bad at all, but a little bit sour. If youre making your own homebrew i would out it in.

any pre w/o supp without Citrulline Malate is incomplete IMO. i worship citrulline malate.....well.....not really....but i like it ALOT. staple in my stash.

well nathan if i understand you, energized expand is incomplete, but with a couple grams cit m. it will be a great supp.

I bought regular xpand in the pills form. What is a good stack with it?
ALSO does the xpand pills work as good as the energized powder does or not.
