Well i need to know if i should my PWO be a whey protein or a weight gainer.

I wouldn't buy both. Buy your Whey protein, dextrose and/or maltodextrose and make your own PWO and weight gainer. When making your PWO make it with water for faster absorbtion and add in you dextrose/malto and maybe some fruit like banannas. If you want extra calories make your protein drink with milk. That will slow the absorbtion and give you extra calories.

But for my PWO if i want better absorbation mix with water but like my bed time shake i should make with milk am i correct.

You want to use whey protein first thing in the morning and after workout.

The weight gainer should be used in between meals.

If all you have on hand is a whey protein then adding milk to it will slow the absorbtion. The only time you really need to get protein in your body fast is PWO. If you can spare the extra cash buy a casein protein for bed time or in between meals. I"ve used Micellar Matrix before and really liked it and its not that expensive.

Oh i see so after my every real Eat my real food then take the Weight gainer shake right after or take it an hour later . And should i only take half of the recomened use in between meals.

The whole point of weight gainers is to add extra calories to your already solid diet. It's quick and easy calories.

So yeah about 2 hours after a meal you can drink this.

So say i do this i wake up at 8:

8 am My real food and proetin shake
11 am My real food
1 pm My real food and half of recomended dose of weight gainer
3 or 4pm weight gainer
6pm My real food/PWO protein shake/ creatine
8 pm My real food and weight gainer
10 pm Real food
11 pm or 12 pm Weight gainer

That looks fine.

Also how many calories do you want to eat a day? If you find it hard to meet 4000 or 4500 calories a day (or however many calories you're trying to eat a day) from real food then that's where the shakes come into play.

If you have no problem reaching your goal in real food then you may not even need the weight gainer.

They vary around 400-1000 depending on what meal. I tend to eat my most mid day and night
