Lets see
Sesamin - 1 capsule 2-3x dailly with or after meals. Stay away from taking it too close before or after weight training.
Fish Oil - Take with
Sesamin for best results. Several different theories on dosages so I'm not going to recommend an amount at this time. I've talked to Phosphate Bond (extremely intelligent and focuses a lot of his research on EFA's) and he has some interesting thoughts.
Flax Oil - Unless using it for added "good" calories, I'd say it isn't needed if taking
Fish OilLean Green - 1-2 capsules 20-30 minutes before meals.
Lipo 6 - Not really a fan of the product, but I would guess take as suggested on label.
R-ALA - 1-2 capsules 20-30 minutes before meals.
Biotin - Should be included with the
R-ALA, so I don't know if you'd want to take more. It is water soluable though.
ALCAR - I've experimented with different dosages, but I'll again agree with PB that taking it before cardio seems to give a nice effect. I add it with my EC stack whenever I'm taking it throughout the day. 1000 mg before meals again.
